By accessing or using StackGrab ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. What StackGrab Is

StackGrab is a sales intelligence tool that monitors public job postings to identify companies actively hiring for HubSpot and Salesforce roles. Each posting is classified as an Active Hire, Scaling, or Replatforming signal and scored on a 0–100 scale to help implementation partners prioritise outreach.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not:

  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or redistribute the signal data in bulk.
  • Share your account credentials with unauthorised third parties.
  • Use the Service to send unsolicited communications that violate applicable anti-spam laws.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

3. Data Accuracy Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Signal data is derived from publicly available job postings and processed using automated classification. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any signal, score, or company information. You are responsible for verifying leads before acting on them.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, scoring algorithms, and signal classifications are the intellectual property of StackGrab. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service without our written permission.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us at vedantdave98@gmail.com.

Upon cancellation, your access to the Service will end immediately and your personal data will be deleted within 30 days, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StackGrab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including lost revenue or missed business opportunities based on signal data.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or a notice on the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
