StackGrab ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Data We Collect

When you create an account or complete onboarding we collect:

  • Email address — used for authentication and to send you signal alerts.
  • Stack preference — whether you sell into HubSpot, Salesforce, or both.
  • Target regions — the countries you want to find leads in.
  • Company size preference — the size of companies you target.

We do not collect payment information, browsing history, or data from third-party tracking pixels.

2. How We Use Your Data

  • Delivering signals — your preferences determine which job-market signals appear on your dashboard and in email alerts.
  • Product improvement — we analyse aggregate, anonymised usage patterns to improve signal accuracy and the user experience.
  • Account management — we use your email to authenticate your session and communicate service updates.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties. Your information is shared only with the infrastructure providers necessary to run the service (Supabase for authentication and data storage, Vercel for hosting). These providers are bound by their own privacy commitments and process data solely on our behalf.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you request deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days. Anonymised, aggregate analytics data may be retained indefinitely.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate data.
  • Request deletion of your account and associated data.
  • Withdraw consent for email communications at any time.
